At Family Matters, we are continuing to provide all our usual services throughout this difficult period, while ensuring we follow the government’s guidance regarding social distancing for the protection of our staff and clients.
We are currently prioritising contact with people who already have meetings booked and checking how we can best continue to help them. However, we are still taking on new cases and arranging MIAMS and mediations.
Our office is closed to visitors except by special arrangement. For the foreseeable future, appointments will be held via an online video chat either Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Skype. We are supporting clients who might need help to install video call software.
For clients who might need to provide us with documentation, we will provide specific instructions on how to send these. Deposits and payment of invoices can be made on our website by clicking here, taken over the telephone or made by direct bank transfer.
You can continue to contact us in the normal way by email, telephone and post. Click here for our contact details.
Please understand that we may not be able to respond to enquiries and communications as quickly as we would normally do, but be assured that we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
