Myra’s background was in social work and latterly Cafcass. She decided to take redundancy and to train as a family mediator in 2014 and she completed her portfolio in 2015. Jen
Jen’s background is in counselling and public relations. She trained with the Adr group and joined Family Matters training scheme in 2013. Jen speaks Russian and Polish so was a huge asset in working with families for whom English is not their first language.
