Practical support with completing the financial disclosure process
Technical support with providing disclosure scans
Personal support with understanding the mediation process
Supporter Cannot Provide*
- I understand and agree that as a mediation supporter agreed by Family Matters, I cannot:
Advise or tell the client what to do within mediation meetings
Suggest options
During the mediation session*
- I understand and agree that during the mediation session:
I will not participate in the mediation session
I will not give advice or comment on any of the discussions in mediation
I will not suggest options
Supporter Agreement*
- I understand and agree that the mediation discussions are confidential and legally privileged and:
I will not share or discuss any information from the mediation session with any other person outside the mediation
End Process Agreement*
- I understand and agree Family Matters will end the mediation process if they view the terms of this agreement have been breached
