Before you open your case / send information please be aware that we do not have capacity to offer appointments before we close on 23 December.
Family Matters will be closed between 23 December and 2 January 2026. During this time, the mailbox will be monitored but we will not be responding to emails or offering appointments .
Emails and voice messages will be responded to on our return to work in date order.

At the end of this form, we will ask you to pay a £20.00 deposit if you are applying for legal aid or to pay the full amount for your appointment.
