Family Matters is an innovative mediation practice. We train mediators and support staff. We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed person to join the mediation management team in Doncaster on a part-time basis.
You will be the first point of contact for clients who are experiencing divorce or separation, so will need excellent communication skills and an understanding of case management systems. Training will be given to the right candidate.
The mediation management team supports mediators in the delivery of mediation and will be the point of contact for prospective and existing clients of the service. You will be part of a dynamic and committed team, working in a pleasant and friendly environment.
