Two of Family Matters’ staff have taken on new roles.
Office manager, Claire Mawson is now also a mediation co-ordinator, as is office administrator, Alison McDonald. Both can talk to people about mediation, explain how it will work and arrange appointments.
Family Matters’ director, Alison McIlroy, says:
“We have invested in a case management system to free up time to provide a better service for clients. We get an average of 100 calls a day about mediation and it is important for a small business to be able to offer maximum support to clients at a difficult time.”
