A dad from Lincoln who came to Family Matters for online mediation has thanked Family Matters for helping to sort out arrangements for seeing his daughter.
At the start of the mediation, he wasn’t seeing his daughter but when the case was closed, he was seeing her regularly, including overnight arrangements. He said:
“When I went into this, I was thinking at the time that I was unsure where it would go. You were very good and didn’t take sides and have given us some good ideas, which have worked well.
Before mediation, I said to my solicitor that I want to go straight to court. She suggested mediation with government funding. It helped keep cost down and I am so pleased I went for it.
It’s all worked out well with my daughter and see her all the time.
