We are delighted to announce that Family Matters has maintained its HSSF (Help and Support for Separated Families) accreditation in 2016.
This is the mark of excellence for organisations working with separated families. In order to achieve the award, we have to demonstrate that we are able to listen to our clients by providing anonymised case studies to the assessors. We also have to show that we are a professional organisation, dedicated to continual review and improvement of our service.
