Family Matters Mediation is a leading family mediation provider in the North of England, offering mediation across Yorkshire and Humberside. We offer publically funded (legally aided), as well as privately funded, services in Calderdale. Jane Knight is our mediator in the area. Jane is a qualified and experienced mediator providing mediation to help separating couples make arrangements for children and financial arrangements.
Family Matters Mediation provides an individual assessment meeting to everyone. This is an opportunity to discuss their situation, worries or concerns and find out about the mediation process.
We work closely with legal firms across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, ensuring that our clients understand the importance of legal advice as well as specialist financial advice. Whilst we can’t recommend specific solicitors, we offer information about them on our website. We always offer our services in local, accessible venues, and find that it encourages greater participation in mediation.
