Arrangements for applying to court during COVID 19
The Family Court has put new arrangements in place so it can continue to process applications for child arrangements, prohibited steps and specific issues orders.
If you need to apply to court about arrangements for your child/ren you should use the online process at: https://apply-to-court-about-child-arrangements.service.justice.gov.uk .The site is mobile friendly and the process takes about forty minutes.
You can still make paper applications. Please send one copy of each document, with phone and email contacts for all the people concerned, that is your phone number and email and the phone number and email address for the other person in your case. Do not send payment.
