Emma and Charlie have three children Abigail 8y, Rose 5y, Beth 3y. Emma and Charlie separated twelve months ago. Emma and Charlie decided to come to mediation to talk about arrangements for the children. After the separation contact stopped because Emma said the children were upset and unsettled.
In mediation Emma and Charlie were able to agree a gradual increase in contact which meant the children were not disrupted. Emma and Charlie were able to find better ways communicating which meant the children did not hear arguments when they were picked up or dropped off.
Emma and Charlie said “Mediation worked for us better than anything else, we had tried sorting it out ourselves, and my sister tried helping but we ended up going round in circles. Stan was brilliant!”
