You can appeal the outcome of your complaint up to ten working days after the formal complaints process has ended.
We only accept appeals if one or more of the following criteria apply:
- The complainant can provide new evidence that has not been considered
- If they feel they have been misrepresented in some way
If you are not happy about the way your complaint has been handled, you can contact the Family Mediation Council who will investigate your complaint against FMM. You can find out more about their processes here
