Ashley decided to start his mediation career six years ago. From a law degree he went into teaching and moved across into the role of a McKenzie friend.
Ashley is motivated by making the lives of children and their parents better. He has come to mediation and has combined a busy practice with gathering the skills and knowledge to be a family mediator. Along the way he has discovered a passion for financial mediation, saying “If finances can be resolved or the conflict reduced it gives parents more headspace to think about arrangement for their children”
Ashley achieved full FMCA on the first occasion and is building up his skills and experience as a family mediator.
