Alicja and Jakub had moved to England from Poland. They had two children and decided to separate. They came to mediation to agree and arrangement for holidays.
Alicja did not speak good English, Family Matters were able to arrange an interpreter for Alicja and, through mediation arrangements were agreed for the children to spend summer holidays in Poland seeing extended family and relatives.
