TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
The delegate fee includes copies of the presentations via PDF and refreshments.
The organisers reserve the right to alter the programme and change the speakers without prior notice.
Family Matters Mediate Ltd is unable to grant extended credit and requires full payment be made within 14 days from the date of invoice. Should payment not be received within 14 days from the date of invoice Family Matters Mediate reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations received by us 14 or more days before the event: refund of your booking fee less £30+VAT cancellation fee per delegate;
- Cancellations received by us less than 14 days before the event: no refunds. All cancellations must be confirmed in in writing by email to training@familymattersmediate.co.uk or post to Family Matters Suite 7 -8 Cavendish Court Doncaster;
- No charge will be made for replacement delegates;
- Transfer of any confirmed booking between events is possible with 14 or more days’ notice confirmed in writing as above.
