Claire Mawson
We are delighted to announce that Claire Mawson joined Family Matters, as our office manager, in September 2016. She will be your first point of contact for all enquiries about mediation and making appointments.
Claire has extensive experience of working with families, having previously worked for the Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service (Cafcass) for fifteen years. She also has a high level of experience and is qualified in the field of administration and, as an enhanced practitioner, has managed teams of up to 6 people and 2 offices in different parts of the country.
Whilst this is Claire’s first experience of working within mediation and she is very enthusiastic about her new role and says “I have really enjoyed my time with Cafcass but felt it was time for new challenges.”

I have been hugely impressed with her determination, hard work, enthusiasm and ability to use her initiative. I am delighted she has joined our team.
