Jen’s background is in counselling and public relations. She trained with the Adr group and joined Family Matters training scheme in 2013. Jen speaks Russian and Polish so was a huge asset in working with families for whom English is not their first language. Jen submitted her portfolio in December 2015 and was awarded Family Mediation Council accreditation in August of 2016.
