We are currently having a new electronic case management system installed.
The new system will enable us to increase efficiency and reduce the amount of time that our staff spend on tasks that the system can automate. Our reception staff will then be able to spend more time talking to you and dealing with your enquiries personally, helping to relieve any anxiousness you may have about your own situation.
As the transition takes place we will be running two systems, which, unfortunately, don’t always speak to each other. Until the transition is complete, it may therefore take us a little while longer than usual to respond to your emails.
