Anne contacted Family Matters about financial issues following her husband Mike leaving her. In the initial meeting the Mediator asked about their relationship and assessed her eligibility for Legal Aid.
Anne said Mike had left her for another relationship. During the meeting Anne mentioned there had been a number of arguments and the police had been called. Anne had also been referred to a Doctor for treatment for her injuries bruising. The Mediator informed Anne she may be entitled to public funding and suggested she contact a Solicitor.
